Shop retail and backbar seamlessly ✨
 
While we have always been glad to offer you tax exempt purchasing on retail products, we knew that requiring you to place two orders was not ideal. We’re happy to say so-long to that system! 👋

If you have a tax certificate on file you will be able to shop retail and backbar on one screen, adding the quantities you need in each category at once. No need for two orders! You’ll see everything separated appropriately in your cart.

We’ve gone to great lengths to make sure you and your co-stylists can split shipping on our website. But it wasn’t exactly easy, requiring your group to put notes in the comments letting us know you wanted to ship together. 🥱 We were all over it.

Once you’re logged in on our new site, if someone in your salon has initiated a group order you will be notified that there is a group order available to you. At that point, you can elect to wait for your order to ship with those in your salon, or you can dismiss the option and send it directly to our warehouse, bypassing the group order.
